I tryed to reset service now light in a 2012 audi a4 tdi but cannot do it would like a bit of help on this thanks

Please try this: Service->Delivery Inspection-> Put the value 0 to the channels 2,40,41,53,55.

go to the tadio deck,click on the button named car,then scroll to service,use the volumne knob to to move up and down by turning it AND PUSH THE BUTTON TO SELECT THE OPTION,IT WILL SHOW YOU THE SELECTION FOR OIL ETC..Sorry for the caps lock...not yelling ..was a error...hope this helps..

there are two sections the one in the central control one in the instruments for SRI reset which one is causing problems..

The one in the cluster service now reset I did the one in the central computer

There are two sections to reset it. One is Service Reset, the other is Inspection as we listed above.

In the Service- Delivery Inspection, only the channles of 2, 40, 41, 53 and 55 can be reset to value 0, other channels can't be changed.
